IBPS Exam

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) Exam
Banking jobs have always been a big attraction for the younger generation as it comes with the challenge of dealing with some of the most critical components of the economy. India has various Public sector and private sector banks that have multiple openings every year trying to attract the best talent available in the market.

IBPS is an autonomous agency that was set up to enhance human resource development through personnel assessment. IBPS announced the Common Written Examination (CWE) to help the Indian  banks recruit officers and clerks . IBPS CWE is now a mandatory examination for any individual seeking employment in the 27 public sector banks and regional rural banks.

Other than the IBPS exam, few other banks conduct their own exams which are very similar in terms of pattern to the IBPS exam.
